The ICTJ submitted an amicus curiae brief to the Peruvian Supreme Court for the case against Alberto Fujimori, Peru’s president from 1990-2000, who is on trial for charges of murder and kidnapping. On August 29, former Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic will make his second appearance at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY). ICTJ and the Bard College Human Rights Project documented the four-year trial of former Serbian president Slobodan Milosevic--the Court's most important trial to date--in its entirety.
