Martin Chapman earned degrees in International Relations and French from Tufts University in 2006. Before joining ICTJ, he worked and interned for various non-profit organizations, including the Institute of International Education in the Foreign Fulbright and Scholar Rescue divisions. Most recently, Martin returned from Morocco where he served as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer. He is an avid card player, dancer, and arts aficionado.
