Bernard Jenkins has twelve years experience in accounting and in the non-profit sector. After college in 1996, he worked as an assistant bookkeeper for a Head Start/Day Care agency in the South Bronx. Within five years, Bernard was promoted to Fiscal Officer managing a multi-million dollar budget (public and private grants).
