MaryClaire Brooks is the Director of Individual Giving at the ICTJ, overseeing all aspects of the major gifts program in the United States and abroad. Prior to joining the ICTJ, she was a Senior Gift Planning Officer at the National ACLU office, managing the planned giving campaigns of 20 affiliate offices. She was also the Assistant Director of Development at the ACLU of Washington in Seattle, where she coordinated the Annual Fund campaign. MaryClaire has also worked in YMCA Camping, and taught English in Japan. She hails from Toronto, and received her BAH in History and Politics from Queen’s University, focusing on gender issues in the Global South.
