José comes to ICTJ with extensive administrative management and accounting experience. José most recently served as a supervisory accountant of a micro-lending project run through the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). He also served as the Financial and Office Manager for the National Democratic Institute in Kinshasa during its tenure in the DRC for the election period 2006-2007. José has held other administrative, accounting, and management positions with Global Rights and USAID. He has received degrees in management and finance from several private universities in Kinshasa.
