Pascaline previously worked as a secretary at the Congolese Truth and Reconciliation Commission from 2003-2006. Originally from eastern Congo, Pascaline worked with humanitarian NGOs such as MSF and UNHCR during the refugee crisis in 1995-1996. She has a teacher’s degree in English.
