Overview
Since its inception in 2001, the ICTJ has worked in more than 35 countries, providing assistance to justice and truth-seeking institutions, civil society organizations, governments, and international organizations.
The Center has contributed to building local capacity and generally strengthening the emerging field of transitional justice by working in close partnership with organizations and experts across the globe.
Presently, the Center is actively working in over 25 countries around the world. International demand for the ICTJ's assistance continues to increase each year.
